Siorrachd Pipe Chanter

The New Siorrachd Pipe Chanter has been designed and crafted from high quality black homopolymer acetyl to provide a rich, resonant, bright and high-quality tone that projects well.  The Siorrachd has been created for the modern solo piper and is available in 2 options, round High G hole or the elongated High G hole which helps create stability whilst also giving greater scope for tuning, particularly when trying to achieve the elusive Piobaireachd G.

If you choose the option for the reed and reed protector we will supply a G1 platinum chanter reed and a soft wood reed protector which will help prevent the build up of mould on the reed during drying out and also give longer reed life.

Each chanter is individually crafted and tested prior to shipping.
